António Cotão – Conservation biologist
Graduated in 2012 in Biology by Algarve’s University. He worked for about 6 years in the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Investigation Centre as a biologist and rehabilitator. Since 2015, he has been working in environmental monitoring and technical assessments in the Ria Formosa area. He is an active environmental volunteer in the plastic pollution problematic and in collaboration with scientific projects for the study of birds. He started working for Vita Nativa in January 2020, where is responsible for the majority of the projects and activities of the Association and for promoting it on social media.
