Objectives

To publicise the biodiversity in the Ria Formosa, namely in the leisure area of Pinheiros de Marim, in Olhão;

To encourage contact with nature through guided tours of Pinheiros de Marim;

To promote healthy lifestyles among the municipality’s children and young people.

Intended Audience

Elementary school students from the Olhão council

Actions

Theoretical sessions, in a classroom context, on the biodiversity of the Ria Formosa.

Interpretative nature walks in the Pinheiros de Marim leisure area.
